Founded in 1987, Libra Ligas is HQ in Banabuiú/CE and operates in the ferroalloy market, with a varied portfolio of FeSi, Manganese Ore and Inoculants.
We operate with both domestic and international markets, highlighting long-term relationship with key steel and foundry industries with global presence in 22 countries.
With an optimized business model and with clean energy available at attractive prices, our industrial plant is close to the Port of Pecém and we have our own Iron Ore and Quartz mines.

Libra Ligas Environmental Education Project
Libra Ligas, fulfilling its obligations with regard to sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility, is working in partnership with the municipality of Banabuiú, through the Department of Education, on an Environmental Education Project in nursery and primary schools.
Knowing the importance of a good education for children and young people within the school environment, we see the importance of the existence of the Libra Ligas Environmental Education Project – PLLEA in the Schools of the municipality of Banabuiú – CE, the actions are aimed at students in early childhood education, elementary school I and elementary school II, encompassing the 14 (fourteen) schools in the Municipality.
With the aim of interaction between staff, community and students. The importance of this initiative can be seen in the fact that environmental planning is a study aimed at adapting the use, control and protection of the environment, providing a better quality of life and actions aimed at improving it.
